I’m Marilyn Benjamin, the founder of Emerge Coachultancy Ltd, and I’m here to help you unlock your potential, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful change.

I am a certified Professional Coach with a rich African heritage and extensive international Human Resource experience. My career, working in corporate for 30 years in an international, intergovernmental organisation afforded me the privilege of working with diverse teams from over 54 different nationalities, fostering trust, collaboration, and understanding. This experience, together with my life’s experience experience of being a single mother of a wonderful adult son and carer for my elderly mother, has deepened my understanding of the importance of personal development and growth. My diverse cultural background, personal and professional experience, training and passion for personal development allow me to bring a unique and meaningful perspective to every engagement. This also gives me a broad, empathetic perspective, allowing me to connect with clients from all walks of life. My mission is to empower individuals to unlock their full potential, achieve sustainable change, and become the most authentic and impactful versions of themselves.
